Our mission is to bring the freshness of Vietnamese cuisine to our community and to advocate healthy eating habits a part of daily life. Our food is prepared with fresh vegetables, herbs, and ingredients.
Two of the most popular dishes you can see everywhere on the side of the road in Vietnam are Pho (noodle soup) and Bánh Mì (Vietnamese sandwich).
The French brought their language and their food to our native country, including the baguette, the long thin loaf of bread. Vietnamese sandwich is complemented by butter, pâté, meats and vegetables stuffed into a French baguette.
Our traditional Vietnamese food is enriched by French food very much. That gives our food a diverse culinary history and culture, and delivers a combination of an entirely new and delicious taste.
